Translating Musicals: Theory, Practice and Analysis

The book Translating Musicals is a joint effort by the authors, Laura Glück-Radičević and Goran Schmidt, to contribute to the study of the translation of musicals. However, the subject matter of this book is at the same time more specific than that (song translation), and less specific (translation in general). The book is also specific in that it discusses the translation from English as the start language (SL) into Croatian as the target language (TL). Our target readers are students of translation, professional translators, translation scholars, as well as everyone else with an interest in translation, regardless of the languages they speak or work with.
